Beaver County Busted Mugshots is a private reference site, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody or release, post bond, release a person, or retrieve an official booking record. Direct those questions to the public office that maintains the record.

For a county-held booking record or photograph, begin with the Beaver County open-records page, its General Policy, and its General Form. Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know Law generally calls for a five-business-day response, permits a written extension of up to 30 calendar days, and generally allows 15 business days for an Office of Open Records appeal. No Beaver County booking-photo fee schedule was located, so request a fee estimate from the custodian.
